Why does my average show length seem wrong?
The average uses only your performed shows from the current calendar year and only routines with at least one performance log entry. If your routines don't have log entries yet, TrouperList uses the manual runtime you set on each routine. Log times after a few shows and the average will become more accurate.
I changed a routine's name — why does the old name still show on a past show?
Performed shows lock in the set list at the time of performance. The show stores routine IDs, not names, so the name shown on a performed show will update when the routine is renamed. However, timing data is locked at the time you mark the show performed and will not change retroactively.
The repeat-detection warning appeared even though I haven't performed for this client before.
Repeat detection looks at all linked contacts and the venue. If you have performed at the same venue for a different client, those routines are flagged as venue repeats. Use the Hide repeats dropdown to control how aggressively repeats are filtered.
Why isn't my Google Calendar updating?
Google polls subscribed calendars on its own schedule, typically every 8–24 hours. This is a Google limitation — TrouperList cannot force Google to refresh sooner. Apple Calendar refreshes approximately hourly. For time-sensitive changes, download the .ics from the show detail page and add it directly.
Can I use TrouperList for free indefinitely?
Yes. The free tier is genuinely free with no time limit — 25 shows, 25 contacts, and 10 routines with full access to all features. Upgrade when you outgrow those limits or need custom fields.
What happens to my data if I cancel my paid plan?
Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. You will just be unable to add new records once you exceed the free-tier caps (25/25/10). All existing records remain readable and editable.
I accidentally deleted a show / contact / routine. Can I recover it?
Deletes are permanent — there is no recycle bin. Use Settings → Export all data regularly to keep a local backup in case you need to reference deleted records.
Can I use TrouperList on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device. Data syncs in real time. On the iOS app, data is cached offline so you can access your set list and run-of-show even without a connection at the venue.
Who do I contact for support?
Email [email protected] with questions, bug reports, or feature requests. Tap the Feedback button (bottom-right corner of the screen) to send a quick message without leaving the app.
