TrouperList is committed to ensuring that this website and the app are accessible to everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Conformance status
This marketing website (trouperlist.com) is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some content may not fully meet the standard. We are actively working to close the gaps listed below.
What we've done
- A skip-to-main-content link is available at the top of every page for keyboard users — press Tab on page load to reveal it.
- All pages use semantic HTML landmarks:
<header>,<main>,<nav>, and<footer>. - All images have descriptive
alttext. Decorative separators are markedaria-hidden. - Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements (
:focus-visiblewith a 2 px outline). - Text colour contrast meets WCAG AA (≥ 4.5:1 for body text, ≥ 3:1 for large text) against all background colours used on this site.
- Heading levels are used in logical order (one
h1per page, withh2andh3for subsections). - The site respects the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query — transitions are suppressed for users who prefer reduced motion. - The site supports light mode, dark mode, and the system
prefers-color-schemesetting. - All pages are navigable by keyboard alone.
- The page language is declared (
lang="en").
Known limitations
- Interactive product demo — the embedded Storylane demo iframe is a
third-party component. We have set a descriptive
titleattribute on the iframe, but full keyboard and screen-reader support within the demo depends on the third-party provider. If the demo is inaccessible to you, the free sign-up gives you hands-on access to the full app. - Performer vocabulary table in the user guide — the table in the User Guide uses middle-dot separators (·) as content within cells. These are read aloud by some screen readers, which may be slightly verbose. We plan to revise this as a comma-separated list.
Technical specification
This website relies on the following technologies for conformance:
