1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TrouperList (the "Service") at app.trouperlist.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
TrouperList is a web application that helps performing artists track their shows, contacts, routines, and related business information. We may add or remove features at any time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for anything that happens on your account. Provide accurate information. One person, one account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break the law or anyone's rights
- Try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Attempt to bypass usage caps, billing, or rate limits
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property
- Use the Service to send spam or harass others
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel any time via the Subscription card in Settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Annual plan refunds within 14 days of purchase are at our discretion.
Pricing and plan availability may change. Existing subscriptions will continue at the price in effect when they were created until they renew; we'll give notice before any renewal-time price change.
6. Free tier
The free tier has fixed caps on the number of records you can store (currently 25 shows, 25 contacts, 10 routines, no custom fields). These caps may change. The free tier is offered with no guarantees of uptime or feature availability.
7. Your content
You own the data you put into the Service (your shows, contacts, routines, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely for operating the Service for you.
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, you can export your data via the JSON export in Settings before closing the account.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data won't ever be lost. Keep your own backups for anything important.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrouperList won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for direct damages won't exceed the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
